ARMOURTECH Floor Hardwear Polished Concrete Floor System
The ARMOURTECH Floor Hardwear Floor is a new method of concrete polishing that delivers a near polished concrete look – Faster, and Easier and at a Significantly Lower Cost with No grinding necessary.
This is a cost-effective alternative to Diamond Polished Concrete.
The ARMOURTECH Floor Hardwear Floor process where new, hard-troweled floors can simply be cleaned and treated with ARMOURTECH . Also suitable for any existing concrete floors.
The ARMOURTECH Floor Hardwear Floor when burnished produces a near-polished gloss at a fraction of the cost.
PROCESSES:
New, Hard-Trowelled floors
1. Clean surface with cleaner and water and some kind of agitation (use of stripper pads is ideal)
2. Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier – keep wet for 15-minutes
3. After it dries, remove dried material by cleaning again using stripper pads and water. Allow to dry.
4. Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier keep wet for 15-minutes
5. After it dries, remove dried material by cleaning again – using stripper pads and water
6. Once completely dry burnish with Hogs Hair, Green Twister pads or diamond impregnated pads.
Existing slabs
1. Grind to remove residues and hone at 60-grit resin.
2. Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier – keep wet for 15-minutes
3. After it dries, remove dried material by cleaning again – using stripper pads and water. Allow to dry.
4. Apply ARMOURTECH Densifier – keep wet for 15-minutes
5. After it dries, remove dried material by cleaning again – using stripper pads and water
6. Once completely dry burnish with Hogs Hair, Green Twister pads or diamond impregnated pads.
